I use to weight 238 and now I weigh 221…At first it was fast but the weight loss has just suddenly gotten really slow and I only lose like a pound a week or none at all.
The last three days I’ve been working my ass off burning 200 calories a day but I’m still the same.
Will starving myself mess up my matablism or will I lose a lot of weight fast?
Question from: Ohhh em gee!

Weight loss became a permanent drag for me until I used acai berry. I know they say that pills do not work, but they definitely worked for me, and they have been showcased on CBS News too. There’s a free trial on right now at, try it , what is the worst that could happen?

it will mess up your metabilism like crazy when you dont eat your body goes into starvation mode and saves up all callories you eat it would take weeks of only eating a cube of cheese a day to change that. Just eat less and be more active also wightloss pills help.

first of all you should be proud of yourself that you’ve managed to lose at least 17 pounds. a pound a week is pretty good, but you might want to try gradually increase the amount of exercise you do daily. don’t starve yourself coz you wont lose that much weight and it isn’t healthy.

its slow and hard because its worth it, nothing worth having is easy pic a diet and workout plan and stick with it yea its gonna take a long time for it to work but itll b worth it in the end when you feel healthy look back and say i cant believe i looked like that a year ago

Don’t start starving yourself.
and im still losing the weight like you.Just keep doing what your doing..sometimes i would lose a pound a week and sometimes i would lose 2 ha and sometimes i wouldn’t lose any at all. just stick to 1500-1800 calories a day.
I use to weigh 205 and then started starving myself for about
3 months.i lost about 43 pounds but i ended up gaining it all back within 4 months. i went from 162 to 222. So then i started losing my weight the right way like your doing it.i weight 192 now
no less and no more.

I have been through it all and know what’s it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can’t be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I’ve worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes.
Nothing works, besides dedication and intelligence towards the subject of losing weight.
First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can’t eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising…
This is a must especially if you need to a lot of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some good hardcore exercising. Do some cardio, in the long run, it’s good for the heart.
However, I find the most hardest part of losing weight/keeping it off, in my diet. It’s so hard to keep your fingers out of the cookie jar or those chocolate goodies. I’ve found a great addition to help any one out, it’s a natural weight loss supplement called Proactol. Now don’t get all crazy on me and say diet pills don’t work. That is true, but not in this case. This one isn’t meant to burn pounds while you sit on the couch. It’s an appetite suppressant, along with being a fat binder. I saved money on the pills at theweightlossplace dot com along with getting some good info. It basically makes those fingers not go towards the cookie jar. For me it’s the best pill I’ve tried and I’ve tried cupboards full. Now this doesn’t mean you have to follow my foot steps but I’ve successfully lost roughly 70 pounds and keeping it off til this day.
Well good luck and remember what I said, Dedicate.

If your goal is to lose weight by burning off excess body fat, aim to eat 500 fewer calories per day than your daily caloric needs, and maintain or increase your exercise activity.
Do not go below 1200 calories per day unless you are on a medically supervised weight loss program or after consultation with your doctor.
Keep a journal of “everything” you eat. It is important to start here. You will be surprised by the amount of calories you actually consume.
Then make wise choices and reduce your daily calorie intake accordingly.
