I hate it when people ask “How can I lose weight?” or “How can I lose 10 pounds in 4 days?”. If there was some mega-method of losing weight that worked perfectly then don’t you think everyone would be skinny? Why even ask those stupid questions? You know how to lose weight. You just want the easy way out. There is no super secret method of losing weight. I have lost 2 pounds a week. You know how? By not being a fatty like many of you on here. Don’t give me crap like “mai matabolizim is slow_zorz!!1!”. It’s your own darn fault. Don’t blame it on anything else.

Yes I realize that this is not a question. It is to get your attention. I say that the diet and fitness section should be either closed down or make you read this post before you post here.

I bet this post will be deleted.

    I agree to a certain extent. However, many people are intimidated by the plethora of bad information and gimmicks out there. It’s good they care enough to ask.

    But alot of their questions could be answered quicker by doing a search on Yahoo Answers instead of asking the same question for the millionth time.

    its not always just asking what to do. some people just need the support of people who are in their same position. people take their weight to a mental stage too so it is really unfair to say that it is easy because if it was easy for everyone we would be all askinny. i do agree with you in the sense that there are some really crazy questions out there about losing 10lbs in some rediculous amount of time or some crazy diet or people who are trying to be on diets when they are already anorexic - but i wouldnt go to the extent of closing the secton down, it is therapy and support for alot of people as well as encouragement and advice. there are people here who have lost weight and have kept it off and mabe in a slightly different way too.

    congrats anyway on ur losing 2lbs a week but please keep in mind that what may be easy for you can be a lifelong struggle for others!
