I work out everday and I was thinking about adding a supplements to my routine. I have been doing some research and it looks like the majority of the weight loss supplements have side effects (ex. jittery, heart rate increases, mood swings).

You have the best “pill” already and don’t lose it.

No diet pills are safe. All have side effects, and all wil mess you up in some way, shape, or form. Don’t use them!
Besides, many people who use them end up gaining the weight back when they quit using them, plus a few extra pounds just for playing.
Not worth it.

No medicine is without any side effects. Better not to take drugs for reducing weight. Have dieting and do exercise which suits to your age and you will be losing weight.
