Many of the most fit people I know are Aviation and Infantry Officers (those are the most competitive branches to get at USMA and ROTC). It is expected that commissioned officers lead by example and the most overt indicator to their troops for the most part is PT. I think 80% of my Flight School friends and classmates that were Lieutenants could easily max the APFT and regularly competed in races and triathlons.
So what I’m saying is…you don’t have to have a job dealing with fitness in order to set yourself up for a fitness career.

Take a look at being a Respatory Therapist and than becoming a Master Fitness Trainer.

None what so ever.
There are no military jobs, that have anything to do with being a fitness trainer.
The closest you might come, would be a dietitian
