Just curious what would be the best time to go to the gym to lose weight, early in the morning, afternoon, or sometime later in the day. Thanks for any help.

I already changed my eating habit and got an Idea on what exercises to do just curious what would be the best time to go.

    Hi Mike-usually most gyms are not busy between 12-4 pm.

    what matters is getting in there 3-4 times a week, every week, and getting a good workout while you are there, whatever time of day you can fit it into your schedule

    Anytime… as long as you feel strong… Just keep your diet in check and keep doing your CARDIO!! Cardio is key!!

    Haha, the best time to go is anytime!

    I don’t have a scientific answer but I like to go late afternoon. That way, it has cooled down and I don’t feel so gross after the workout and I can come home and shower and call it a day. I get to use the rest of my energy for the day on the work out and I have all night to recover instead of feeling sore at work from a morning workout.

    first thing in the morning because your metabolism slows down while you sleep, when you wake up you are burning fat and going to workout will be all fat burnt.
