I’m 16, 5′8″ and I weigh 233 pounds. I’m looking for the best diet plan in order to reach my goal (posted above). I’m trying to eat a lot of protein, and fruits, the protein so my body doesn’t eat away my muscle and the fruit for the natural sugars, for energy. but it’s kind of difficult with everyone eating everything else. I need a good diet plan. Please help? Thank you.
