When you put anyvege in a juicer, does all of it get made into juice or are their scraps? Also, what combinations of veges or fruits are good when mixed together for a drink? I mean, are there any “recipies” for natural juices? Is this a good diet?

This is a dangerous and silly diet. You cannot get all the nutrition you need from vegetables and fruit only. You need grains, nuts, seeds and pulses to make a vegan diet even close to being balanced, and even then you will need food supplements.

for a good mix, try bananas, and strawberries, and pineapple. yes, this is a healthy diet. Get your protein from peanut butter, or beans. You will probably lose weight, especially if you eat a lot of grapefruit.

If it’s a vegetarian or vegan diet that you’re aiming for, we don’t live on fruit and veg only. We also eat beans, lentils, grains, soya products, nuts, milks etc. No one should live on just fruit and veg as you won’t get enouhg protein or carbs. I;’d suggest you go to the lbrary and get a good vegan cookbook to give you some ideas on a balanced healthy diet. A good cookbook will also advice you on using juicers and food processors.

I agree with the others that say a juice only diet is bad. Juice should just be a part of your diet and you should realize that so many juices call for carrots and beets because the sugar content in them is so high!
There is always pulp when you run a juicer (that’s where all the useful fiber goes!). Don’t chunk the pulp! It’s still got a lot of goodness in it. Separate your veggie pulp from fruit pulp when juicing and freeze the veggie pulp for soups, the fruit pulps work great in smoothies and pop-sickles.
