I weigh 221 lbs., i’m 5′11”, and is 19 years old. I’ve gain 30 lbs since last year. What are some suggestions for me to loss weight? I want to get toned up and cut again.

    Only drink water. Pops and sodas have a ton of sugar, while water is pure and light. It’ll help you lose some weight, guarantee it.

    omg i am going crazy live your life weight is not everything we are all upset about our weight no one is perfect dont think everyone looks like the girls on t.v. trust me they are not as happy as you because they cant eat anything!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Eat six portioned sized meals a day 6 servings of proteins and 6 of carb’s and 2 of fruits and vegtables, a portion size should be the size of the palm of your hand.

    try and do all your exercises in the morning before you eat breakfast and drink plenty of water all the time limit you intake of junk foods and up the intake of fruits and vegtables and good foods OK and put in a 100% effort don’t just think that its going to go away by it self you have to want it

    Have you tried a cleanse? I’ve been trying exercise only for about 4 months and I only dropped 7 lbs. But with cleaning and exercising I lost 22 lbs in a month. I tried Isagenix 9 day cleanse.     Avoid fatty foods. Don’t use sweet things. Eat salad and fruits regularly. Don’t eat any dressing for salad. Check the following link
    There is a very good demo of 20 minute workout, If you do it regularly, it will definitely make a difference. I am sure you will love this site.
