can not be predicted exactly, because so many things that can affect it could be your body weight is reduced or increased. is to be considered in selecting the type of food. if not, certain supplements can help to be other options, seek the appropriate supplement with your choice
To start with do you know what your calorie intake is now? because if it is already 1200 calories your not going to lose much - most likely you will stay the same weight. You need to find out how many calories you are consuming first - then take a couple hundred off the total and then you will lose weight - as for how much weight you might lose - i would say hard to tell from the limited info you have provided but you would expect to lose approximately 8-10 pounds if you cut your calories and exercise well - maybe even more, but you will definately lose weight.
