There are alot of multivitamins out there and some are pretty expensive. What do I really need? I am trying to exercise and eat right. I was told that a great multivitamin can also be a great part of the plan to lose weight and get fit. Is there a place inline where I can get multivitamins cheaper?
I switched to home-brought lunches and ate sandwiches since the end of 6th grade and I noticed a difference in my weight and shape. I lost a lot and I only ate enriched honey wheat bread in lunch everyday at school. Is that possible? Because I heard there are some types of bread that you should not eat on a diet. I’m pretty overweight, and I’ve been working out everyday and eating healthier for almost 2 weeks now and I just read online somewhere that I don’t necessarily need to work out everyday, more like 3 or 4 times a week. Is this true? I would feel if I didn’t on the days I don’t exercise I would be losing progress.
