Hi! i work out at the gym 4-6 times a week. when i do work out i run 4-5 miles and then i just lift weights and etc. But! what are some other things that i can do in my everyday life that’ll help me lose a little more weight? I already try to watch what i eat and such. and by the way im a high school student if it helps?
also anyone know something good to increase ones metabolism?
Looking for something maybe a little fun but effective.Ive been doing the firm and belly dancing fitness but I dont see much difference.Ive been doing these for about a month and a half
So within the past 3 1/2 months, i have lost about 20-25 pounds. The scale changes so i can never tell the exact number. I still have a while to go to get to my goal. I have been eating very healthy and exercising a lot.
Is there anything else i can do to speed up my weight loss?
I love fitness/nutrition and i would really like to make that my career however i am aware that it isn’t as stable as becoming a doctor per say. I am currently majoring in Health sciences in hopes of going into Physical therapy as a graduate but i would like to switch to the sports and fitness degree in order to learn more about fitness, health, and motivational aspects of helping people lose weight…not sure what i should do…if there are any successful/unsuccessful people in the fitness industry, please give me your insight!
I work out everday and I was thinking about adding a supplements to my routine. I have been doing some research and it looks like the majority of the weight loss supplements have side effects (ex. jittery, heart rate increases, mood swings).
I’m middle aged and was in shape once, but now very overweight and low engergy. I simply cannot seem to fit exercise into my schedule, with two teenagers and a full time job, no matter how much willpower I try to exert. Something always comes up, I’m too exhausted after work, etc. I’m at the end of my rope — anyone tried hypnosis or anything else to break through?
or does the weight loss occur in the specific area you are exercising? i want to know beacuse i am hula hooping for an hour everyday and burning 660calories per hour ( i use a weighted hoop) so will i lose weight in my waist olny , or will weight loss be distributed all over the body ?
