So within the past 3 1/2 months, i have lost about 20-25 pounds. The scale changes so i can never tell the exact number. I still have a while to go to get to my goal. I have been eating very healthy and exercising a lot.

Is there anything else i can do to speed up my weight loss?

Some tips?

I am currently majoring in Health sciences in hopes of going into Physical therapy as a graduate but i would like to switch to the sports and fitness degree in order to learn more about fitness, health, and motivational aspects of helping people lose weight…not sure what i should do…if there are any successful/unsuccessful people in the fitness industry, please give me your insight!

Question from: Miss Q

I’m middle aged and was in shape once, but now very overweight and low engergy. I simply cannot seem to fit exercise into my schedule, with two teenagers and a full time job, no matter how much willpower I try to exert. Something always comes up, I’m too exhausted after work, etc. I’m at the end of my rope — anyone tried hypnosis or anything else to break through?
