Im going into the police academy and one of the qualifications is to be able to drag a 165 dummy 25 yards. Since I don’t have a dummy handy what would be a good exercise for simulating this?

carry 2 80 pound bags of concrete. basic strength training should help too. do lots of exercizes for your forearms and legs.

Dragging a 165 pound dummy should be no problem even for a 14 year old, carrying on the other hand could be achieved by doing squats. Most of lifting things is legs and back, arms mainly just get it into position and balance it there.
