I have heard you should rotate cardio with strength training but I am not sure what strength training I can do at home. I can’t afford a gym membership. As of right now I need to start slow b/c I have alot of weight to lose. Any suggestions?

jog…dont run the longer u keep ur heart rsate up the more calories u burn therefor if u run ull be out of steam faster…so jog at a steady pase and remember drink lots of water…but just running alone isnt enough u must also diet and eat the right foods

Find an excercise that you like and is fun. Forget the gym stuff as it is not fun and you will not stick with it. I bicycle, hike, walk, and swim. Those are all fun to me and I have lost almost 50 lbs since last September without ever stepping into a gym.

the only exercise that every body can do routinely is fun or relax walk at least 30 minutes a day. any will walk in the morning, even only one minute after a good night quality sleep.
however, best way to lose weight is watch your healthy eating program. the right and balance nutrition from your daily healthy good food will make you enjoy the way to lose your weight.
