I work out everyday and have about 1000 calories a day at max. But I’m looking for something to give me that extra push for weight loss. I’ve found a couple things and looked at the pros and cons. But most of the them say the same thing. I don’t want to spend money on something that doesn’t work. I get reviews of this works but with someone else theres no effects. And I don’t want extreme caffeine that keeps me up at night. Any ideas??

To be honest, you’re doing the best thing for yourself by exercising and cutting back on your calories, but remember you need 1,000-2,000 per day.
You have to eat to burn calories.
You won’t have anything to fuel your metabolism if you don’t eat right.
You can take whey protein, adding it into a smoothie of lowfat vanilla icecream, 1% milk, and fruit twice a day —
Protein boosts your metabolism.
& helps to build muscle mass.
I would not recommend any diet pills to you –
My sister became a workout freak and takes so many pills to keep the weight off, and took a good bit while she was trying to lose the weight —
She now has heart problems; a common side effect of diet pill use.
I’d stay away from them.
There’s only a handful that are actually FDA approved.
Alli is a pill that’s approved by the FDA — you can find it in your local grocery store.
