diet

My mil has been sick. She has just been released from the hospital and needs to change her diet drastically. Anyone who can help with a recipe would be greatly appreciated.
When she was released from the hospital they told her to keep her diet soft and bland. I don’t know if herbs would be included in that or not but she can’t have spices.

is there anything specific she needs to avoid. Do u mean non-spicy or easy to chew?
mashed potatoes cooked with milk and herbs(if u may add them)
soft noodles or sphagetti (overcooked to make it realllly soft) with melted cheese and steam cooked broccolli (its really soft however if u don’t mash it doesn’t lose the appearence )
bland homemade soup served with well cooked buttered rice
use your creative appeal. If it looks good she might like to eat more and get better soon.

mashed potatoes, apple sauce, cream of potato soup, cream of wheat, yogurt, canned peaches or pears, vegetable soup, cottage cheese, broth
