Im sick of diets, is there anyway to lose weight without dieting? Like what are some tips to lose weight and better you eating habit. Are there any special exercises to do to lose weight. Im only 15 so i cant buy anything.

look at everything you put in your mouth and think is really good for me and you will second guess a lot of stuff you eat. it is a rule of thumb that i follow.

The best way to lose weight is do lot of exercise. Exercise will help in burning unwanted fat from your body. Running is a good exercise. It is better to run early mornings as you will be fresh and will have lot of energy.
