  1. TR Says:

Just do one strength workout per day, and alternate muscles groups from day to day to avoid burnout. I’d recommend working the same muscle group (e.g., biceps) only twice a week.

that depend on your goals. is that strength? endurance? tone muscles? build up?
basically arm muscles are smaller and smaller muscles recuperate quicker than larger muscles like legs.
so you can do as often as everyday (ones a day)
but if you feel aches from last workout you should rest.
    so listen your body.
ideal is that every other day. but again depending on your goals.

    Hi,

You need to allow 1-3 recovery days in between each sessions.
The heavier the weight and lower reps means you are building strength or power- so you need a longer recovery ( 2-3 days)
Endurance-( low reps, lighter weights) will need slightly less recovery ( 1-2 days)
You could alternate upper and lower body with C.V workouts, if you want to do something every day.

The trick is- don’t over train as your muscles will de-condition. ( get weaker). Muscles need recovery after overload to get bigger and stronger.
    All the best,
    Jo
