And when I say exercise bike I mean like a stationary bike not an actual bike you ride outside.
I’m 5′0, 137 pounds and 17 years old.

Thanks!

  1. Seafoam Green Says:

This depends on your resistance, your speed, and your weight. Go to the gym and set your levels, then ride for an hour and see what you burn.

On the elliptical, I work out at level 16 for 45 minutes and burn 500 calories. I’m 6′ tall and 155 lbs.

It depends like the answer above said.

But in my personal experience around 600 (I do very high resistance on a “random” setting)
