It’s pretty hard to lose weight in just one spot. What you need to do is do cardio work outs. Fat burning workouts are the key to having great definition. The lower your body fat amount is, the more toned you’ll be. Once your body fat amount is low enough, toning exercises and low weight training should give you results. If you’re worried about losing weight in your breast area, doing chest work outs should help you out. They increase the size of the muscles under the breasts, so they’ll look perkier over time.

Well, make sure that when you do tone up your abs, that you train your back as well.
Do such moves as crunches, bicycles, boat pose, plank, side planks, etc.

You can’t tone it if there is fat on the top of your tummy, so to get rid of it, you should do some fat burning exercises - run or jog or even walk for TWENTY minutes, from 20 minutes the body starts burning fat.

To specifically target you stomach muscles, you should do normal sittups (preferably on an exercise ball), put your arms across your cheast an make sure the lower part of your back is just on the ball. Then do cross sittups - exactly the same, but when you come up move your top body so its facing left, then on the next sittup so it’s facing right.

Also, lay on your back and pull your legs up towards you, so you’re in the featal (excuse the spelling) position. Then slowly move your legs away from you (but kind of straight so you’re still in the featal position) til they are about 180 degrees from the floor and away from your body, and hold it there for a bit. Then bring them back and start again!

    Hope that wasn’t too confusing, its 8am so I can’t write :)
