Hi I am an African American female who wants to know how to care for my hair after I exercise. I walk every day as a form of exercise. How should I wrap my hair to keep it from drying out after exercise? What about silk hair wraps or head bands? I dont mind the sweat but I like to keep my hair with some shine. I wear my hair in a wrap style. Not alot of curls. Medium length. How often should I oil my scalp?

I think you should take a shower when u get home wash it condition it and blow-dry and of corse brush very well
