I’m a mother of 3 who just recently gave up several bad habits including smoking, drinking energy drinks daily, and taking prescriptionn diet pills. I decided that I need to clean up my bad habits for my children’s sake, but of course my metabolism is crazy!!! I am gaining weight really fast. What can I do to kick start my metabolism before it’s to late?

its going back to what it would be.. you cant without going back to old habits. it would be this way if u never started… metabloism raises with drinking alot of water though, slightly but decreases with age is natural

I would try detox forumulas - green tea, white tea or acai. Get the crap out, you will feel brand new. Quitting is not enough, you need to detox. then walk and jog. Detox + walk + jog every other day and you will keep the weight off sweetheart.

I was in the same situation 3 years ago, but it never worked. I myself tried weight watchers and was really hungry and only lost 5 pounds after spending a lot of money on their products. I ended up using Herbalife products which were cheaper and I lost 30 pounds and it has stayed off still 3 years later!
