i’m trying to find out the difference between fitness and health? because i can’t really work it out, i have tried looking on the internet but i am just not getting anywhere? please help!

Health is how healthy you are..
And fitness is working out and building muscles and getting rid of fat.
But if you are not fit enough then you will not be healthy.

Fitness involves aerobic and anaerobic exercise, strength and flexibility and health is the result of dietary and lifestyle choices, and also encompasses fitness or the lack thereof.
