that is stupid! don’t ever go without eating all it will do is start eating away at your muscle and you will be very weak scratch that idea from your head, to lose weight go to some cardio.

The obvious way to burn fat is to eat less food and exercise more, the problems surface when we in reality aim to put that into operation! There are lots of opportunities to fail in the big wide world aren’t there?! I uncovered some excellent help by checking out the website in the box below, they have lots of tips, I lost 5 pounds by following their helpful advice.

No. Your body will cling to whatever food reserves it has and by the time you decide to go back to eating, you would have the tendency to eat more than you ought to. Your metabolism also slows down, which you don’t want to happen if you’re trying to lose weight! You want to speed up your metabolism so it’s best that you just eat small, healthy snacks every 3 hours so your metabolism is kept up, and drink lots of water!

No…….Eat 3 meals a day. Small portions of fish, chicken, fruit and veg. Cut out all the crap and drink plenty of water and orange juice.

No. It lowers your metabolism and makes your body hold on to the food you give it when you finally give it, because it is not sure when it will be fed again.
