Could you please tell me the correct dosage and the best times to take glutamine for weight loss? I’m a woman of 32 yrs and i dont want to build muscle.I’m taking Glutamine 1g in the morning and 1g before bed time for the past 3 days but i experience bloating. Is it safe to take Glutamine with other supplements? please advise.

    glutamine is not a weight loss product. its a bcaa meant to aid in immune system and muscle recovery. 5 grams b4 and after workouts.
