Im a starter, and im currently practicing the Babyfreeze, hand glide and hand stand. But my wrist hurts really bad which slow me down from practicing.
Is there any kind of exercise such as weight lifting position or push ups etc.
That would help improve. Especially for the hand stand.

One more question. I dont know that one move call. The one where you go hand stand position and start jumping/bouncing with 1 hand.

I have a treadmill at home a exercise bike,and a trampoline. I might be getting the steps type thing. How would i conduct my workout and how long should it be?? how long should my warm up be before actually exrtcising and my cool down after??? I’m new to this so any tips i’m open!

I am 14 and I want to lose weight. I have homework and other things to do so i never have time to exercise a lot. The only times I exercise are on Tuesdays for gym class and dance class later that night, then thursdays for gym class and dance class later that night, and then every other friday I have gym class. Those are like the only available times I have to exercise. What else can I do besides exercising a lot to lose weight?

I the bag at least twice a week, 40 of the same punch (jab,cross) then 25 for each (hook,uppercut) I also do a 2 minute freestyle where I test combinations.

I heard it was unsafe to hit the bag if your not training to fight.

I really like doing the elliptical but my boyfriend says that my body is going to adjust to it and not respond. I am having a terrible time losing weight recently. However, if you lose weight by burning calories, why does it matter if you’re doing the same exercise as long as you’re burning calories?

Im looking to know which is a better cardio exercise for traing for wrestling, is it Biking or Running/joging? How far of a distance would you recomend when performing a cardio exercise? Also Which would be better for burning the extra bodyfat?

My husband and I had a gym membership last year, and it’s one of the best things we’ve done to help us get into shape and stay in shape. However, this year some stuff came up, and we can’t afford to renew our membership. Working out from home takes a lot of discipline and dedication. Do you have any exercise routines that have helped you? What are they and what do you do to keep yourself motivated?

I am joining the Army here in about a month, I have been in contact with my recruiter and he has told me that since I am 1% under the maximum cut-off for Body Fat index that I should exercise more the problem is that my favorite kind of exercise is Weight Lifting and my recruiter told me I can no longer do that.

He said I have to get Cardio-Vascular activity and I will be honest I really suck at running….

What are some easy ways to get the energy and the will power to do these kind of activities.

I can’t remember the name of the product, but it involved rolling the dice and whatever it landed on, you would perform that type of exercise. Is there a product like that?
I think it was called Body Dice or something to that nature but I am not sure.
