There are these weight loss pills my friend takes that works really well, they claim to make you able to lose up to 12 lbs in a week, but he’s lost around 7. You’re supposed to take them for a week, then take a week break, or you could lose “a dangerous amount of weight”. You’re supposed to take 6 of them, two times a day. What would happen if he were to take like twice as many, and not take a week break in between? Whats so dangerous about losing that much weight?

I am 15 and want to lose weight. Im currently using my dads weights to work on upper body and abs. I’ve been looking at ankle weights and weight jackets or some kind of weight set, but I don’t know what can help me and what can hurt me in the future. Please lists products or ideas. Thank you.

I am in serious need of losing weight. Anywhere from 30-60 pounds would be delightful! But, the problem is, I have no motivation… I am competitive and i think it would help if I had someone, or a group of people, close to my weight range, have like a weight-loss-a-thon. Or something. we could contact each other once a week to update and see who was doing good. and we could be each others “support group” and share helpful hints and stuff.

I am in the process of weaning my son off breast milk and he is coping a lot better than I had expected. I am not a big fan of the gym so please advise on activities and habits that one could easily adopt at home and at work. Did you lose weight when you stopped breast feeding? Thanks

So, if someone goes on a crash diet of below 1000 calories a day, but they normally have an extremely fast metabolism; how long do they need to crash diet to slow down their metabolism completely.. forever?
And, is it possibly to gain back your fast metabolism if you’ve slowed it down for only a little?

Are there any foods that you can eat that actually MAKE you lose weight? I dont want any answers that say “eat less and excersise more” because that isnt the answer I’m looking for. I lost a lot of weight and I know what to do for the long run, I just want to lose about 5 more lbs before Xmas and was wondering if there are foods that will help me do this because I dont want to starve myself.
