I am writing a paper on the abuse of laxatives as a weight loss method for health and fitness class. I have found nearly all of the information that was required; however, I cannot find how many laxatives an “abuser” takes for weight loss. All that comes up when I look it up is a bunch of senseless people saying that they want to use them to lose weight. Could anybody tell me approximately how many a person like this would take at a time, or even throughout a day. Thank you!

I use to weight 238 and now I weigh 221…At first it was fast but the weight loss has just suddenly gotten really slow and I only lose like a pound a week or none at all.
The last three days I’ve been working my ass off burning 200 calories a day but I’m still the same.

I’m a volleyball player and work out daily. However, my muscles are short giving me the appearance of being chunky. How can I quickly and effectively lose weight as well as tone my body and lengthen my muscles so I appear thinner. This might include going on a diet or special forms of exercise and streching for flexability. I would especially like super tight abs. Thanks!
