There are alot of multivitamins out there and some are pretty expensive. What do I really need? I am trying to exercise and eat right. I was told that a great multivitamin can also be a great part of the plan to lose weight and get fit. Is there a place inline where I can get multivitamins cheaper?

I switched to home-brought lunches and ate sandwiches since the end of 6th grade and I noticed a difference in my weight and shape. I lost a lot and I only ate enriched honey wheat bread in lunch everyday at school. Is that possible? Because I heard there are some types of bread that you should not eat on a diet. What kinds of bread can make you lose weight?

Im starting a solid diet today, and i go to the gym every monday tuesday thursday and sunday. Is it possible for me to loose 20 pounds by then, I still have more time to loose weight, my deadline is atleast by june.

I am a teenager who runs track and cross country, but i want to become leaner. I eat healthy, but i figure this acai thing is all natural so it cant hurt to try. would i get the same weight loss results or is one option better?

I want/need to start a weight loss program (mostly for the accountability) and wondering what system would be best, weight watchers or the program at my fernwood gym or another than someone can suggest? Has anyone tried either? did it work?
PS. want to lose about 35plbs.
