I’m pretty overweight, and I’ve been working out everyday and eating healthier for almost 2 weeks now and I just read online somewhere that I don’t necessarily need to work out everyday, more like 3 or 4 times a week. Is this true? I would feel if I didn’t on the days I don’t exercise I would be losing progress.

One Response to “Can I skip exercise from everyday to 4 times a week or no?”

  1. Edgar Says:

You are not supposed to exercise everyday because you have to give your muscles time to rest. If you over workout, you will feel fatigued and will lose your motivation to continue with your routine. Four times a week is plenty. if you are feeling guilty, on the days you don’t exercise eat lighter but don’t skip meals.

    good luck
