I was planning on doing cardio exercise for heart health but if there’s a chance I can build some muscle I might go for anarobic. I know I’ve heard its much more effective at younger ages but I’m wondering what I can expect… Should I just stick with the cardio?
By the way, I just purchased a home gym and am getting used to working with that. I had free-weights about 10 yrs ago and I already like this much more.

Of course you can. If you have specific health/body goals, talk to a trainer at your gym (if you go to one) to find the best program for you to reach your personal goals. Anything is possible! It’s best though to have some guidance and to have a few different routines or workout options to keep you interested as well as to keep your body changing in good ways (if you do the same workout all the time, your body will get used to it and stop responding with change)
    good luck!

it’s a combo of proper diet and exercise.

    try this -

    1) Keep it simple first

    2) Eat steam food, vegetables, fruits, lean meat

    3) drink plenty of water and green tea

    4) Avoid junk food, snacks and soda drinks

    5) have 5-6 healthy meals a day (1 plate size only) to keep the tummy satisfied
