I’m middle aged and was in shape once, but now very overweight and low engergy. I simply cannot seem to fit exercise into my schedule, with two teenagers and a full time job, no matter how much willpower I try to exert. Something always comes up, I’m too exhausted after work, etc. I’m at the end of my rope — anyone tried hypnosis or anything else to break through?

I’m a Certified Hypnotist… and yes it can work but it takes time. Most people don’t really know what hypnosis is, so they have a fear of it. Hypnosis is simply a state of awareness where your subconscious mind is more alert than your conscious mind. It happens all the time in your daily life. It’s what you do when you’re in hypnosis that matters.
When you are in hypnosis, you are generally more open to suggestion and may more easily act on suggestions that are given to you by the hypnotist. Here’s the thing: if you have a limiting belief about weight loss, fitness or exercise that is keeping you from working out, you will not be receptive to those suggestions. Your subconscious is there to protect you, and if it for some reason believes that you are supposed to be the way you are, hypnotic suggestions will not get you the results you want.
There’s a lot of info available about hypnosis, a lot of cds and mp3s that might help you. You really need to get to the root of the issue, and a qualified hypnotist can help.
I can refer you to a hypnotist in your area if you decide to go that way. Or visit
Good luck!
